Why can’t I change my email address in my account?
Your email is directly tied to your CloudJoi account and login. For security reasons, email changes can only be done manually by our support team. To request an update, just email us at hello@cloudjoi.com with your current email and the new one you’d like to use. We’ll help you update it securely.
