If you’ve accidentally deleted your ticket confirmation email—or simply can’t find it—don’t worry, your tickets are still safe. Start by logging into your CloudJoi account using the same email you used at checkout, then head to My Tickets. Alternatively, try our new Find Orders page: just enter your email and order number to instantly retrieve your tickets. Still can’t locate it? Please check your inbox, junk, or promotions folders.
