I accidentally deleted the email, how do I retrieve the tickets?

If you've accidentally deleted your ticket confirmation email, don’t worry—your tickets are still safe and easy to retrieve. Simply log in to your CloudJoi account with the same email you used to purchase, then head to My Tickets—that’s where all your current and upcoming event tickets live.

If they don’t turn up right away, just visit our Find Orders page. By entering your email address, you can instantly access your past bookings. And if you're new to CloudJoi, you'll still receive a confirmation email right after purchase—and while our system takes care of syncing your previous purchases to your account, it might take a moment.
