If an event is officially cancelled or postponed, you’ll receive an email from CloudJoi with refund instructions, including:
• A refund request form with submission deadlines
• An estimated date when you’ll receive your refund
If you paid by credit card or e-wallet:
Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method, but you’ll still need to submit the refund form for verification.
If you paid via other methods:
You must complete the refund form with accurate bank and personal details. Once verified, refunds will be processed via bank transfer—timing may vary depending on your bank.
💡 Note: Ticket handling fees are non-refundable and final refund decisions may depend on the organiser’s refund policy.
