Each e-ticket QR code is valid for a single entry only. If someone tries to scan the same code again (e.g. from a photocopy or screenshot), our system will immediately flag it as already used.
In case of any dispute, our on-site team will verify the original ticket purchaser’s identity using details collected at checkout—such as name, contact number, email, or payment slip. This helps protect you and ensure secure entry.
