How to Create Your CloudJoi ID:

Creating your CloudJoi ID is quick and easy, with several convenient sign-up options:

‘Hide My Email’ feature with your Apple ID, please be aware that CloudJoi will not be able to retrieve your tickets if you purchase them without logging into your CloudJoi ID. To ensure seamless ticket retrieval for all purchases, we recommend either not using the ‘Hide My Email’ feature or always logging in with your CloudJoi ID before completing a purchase.
